Effective: February 22, 2026
Myriad ("the Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and are properly submitted to our designated agent.
Our designated agent for receiving DMCA takedown notices is:
If you believe that content hosted on Myriad infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
Send your completed notice to copyright@myriadspring.com. We will review and respond to valid takedown notices within 48 hours.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
Send your counter-notification to copyright@myriadspring.com.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.
Myriad maintains a policy for the termination of accounts belonging to repeat copyright infringers. Our enforcement follows a three-strike system:
Strikes are assessed per valid DMCA takedown notice. Strikes expire after 12 months from the date they were issued. Severe or willful infringement (e.g., uploading pirated films) may result in immediate termination without prior strikes.
Myriad hosts AI-generated video content. Creators are responsible for ensuring that their AI-generated works do not infringe on the intellectual property of others, including copyrighted characters, likenesses, music, or other protected material used as inputs to AI generation tools. The DMCA takedown process applies equally to AI-generated content.
Filing false or fraudulent DMCA takedown notices is a violation of federal law. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Myriad reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly file abusive or bad-faith takedown notices.
If your account has been restricted or terminated due to copyright strikes and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal to appeals@myriadspring.com. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the action. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
